Vinification: harvested at night, direct pressing and settling with the addition of the fine lees. Fermentation in vats at a temperature of 16°C for 18 months with stirring on the lees of fermentation to stabilise the aromas as much as possible and bring balance and complexity for two months.

Colour: beautiful light yellow colour
Nose: peach and pear aromas mixed with subtle toasted notes.
Palate: round and ample on the palate, pleasant and persistent finish.

Pairings: light and fresh as an aperitif, goes well with shellfish and fish in general.
Keeps very well and can be drunk all year round.
