The Château Fontiès vineyard is located at the foot of the Montagne d'Alaric, on clay-limestone soil. Here, the terroir benefits from both the Mediterranean influence and an oceanic influence. This climatic particularity brings a touch of freshness to all our wines.

The vineyards classified Protected Designation of Origin Corbières (AOP Corbières) are located on hillsides.

As for the parcels classified in Pays d'Oc Protected Geographical Indication (IGP Pays d’Oc), they are located in the plain.
